Tyler Lyttle Selected for ESFA U18 International Team

Tyler is the first U18 TTS student to be selected for the ESFA U18 international team. Tyler was recommended by Shropshire Schools and Colleges FA and had to go through a number of trials with over 200 students starting in the process. He got selected to represent the Midlands and then got through to the last 32 trials which were held at Lilleshall in January. He was then selected from this trial to be part of the final 18 squad.

Tyler scored in his debut International against Australia in a 5-0 victory. He will join up with the squad again in February half term in preparation for the first Centenary Shield International game against Wales on Friday 14th March at the Racecourse ground, Wrexham. He will also enjoy home internationals at Blackburn Rovers FC and Bristol Roves FC. Tyler has been assigned the number 2 shirt as his squad number for this season. 

It is a fantastic achievement by Tyler and we look forward to following his progress in the next couple of months. Tyler will be joined this year by Mr Wilderspin, who is the teams Sports therapist.
