Application for a place in Year 7 for September 2025

Thank you for your interest in admission to Thomas Telford School. To apply, please read the Rules of Admission and complete and return the application form.

Please note that the following documentation must be received by us before 4.00pm on Monday 23 September 2024 and that regretfully, we are unable to accept late applications.

• Application/Declaration form (ref AD 2025), fully signed and completed
• a photocopy of your child’s Year 5 Primary School report, including details of his/her attendance over the past year. If this is not available please supply the Year 4 report.
• any relevant special needs information (see page 3 of the Rules of Admission).

Upon receipt of your completed Application/Declaration Form, we will send you details of your child’s assessment session.

You may find it useful to keep your copy of the Rules of Admission readily available so that you can refer to it throughout the admissions process.
